Shipping policy

Free shipping. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimum.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time. Each perch is made and packed in our Irvine, California workshop. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Perches with engraved names may take an extra day.

Delivery estimate. Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. Express delivery is available at checkout and usually takes 1 to 3 business days after your order ships.

How it arrives. Your perch ships flat-packed to protect it in transit. Assembly takes a few minutes by hand, with a screwdriver needed only for the center bolt.

Tracking. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has left our workshop, so contact us right away at support@percheo.com if you spot a mistake.
